The ideal candidates for the position must have a minimum of 3 years of ship fitting experience. Must be able to demonstrate the ability to accurately perform layout, cutting with a torch, metric measuring (i.e. cm, mm, etc.) and structural fitting processes by successfully passing a hands-on craft test.
