  • Submit Contract Employee information Sheet to : Soleil Deleon at Soleil [email protected] and copy Lorie Porfeli @ [email protected].  The Employee Information Sheet is under the file tab.

    The BMR management team has made some changes to New Hire Orientation and how it will be paid going forward. Starting Monday, April 29, 2024, the BMR repair yard will only pay half a day (4 hours) for new hire orientation.

    SHIFT BMS /BMR 

    Days – 6:30am – 5:00pm

    Nights – 5:00pm – 3:30am

    Please send email with the following information along with the BMS OSL Production Information Sheet located in files when submitting a candidate:

  • FULL NAME
  • CRAFT
  • CLASS
  • FULL SS #
  • DATE OF BIRTH

    Testing commences everyday starting at 6:30am to 7:00am arrival time.  Cannot be late.
    All request for testing must be submitted the day before at 1pm.  There will be no exceptions.

    Candidates must have their PPE Gear and tools for testing. 
     

    3 years’ shipyard experience. Must also pass copper nickel test. Need to have copper nickel experience.
    This is a 2-day test. Please review all testing procedures before submitting
    • Pretest - Root Only (if the don't pass this then they do not continue testing)
    • 6" 6010 rood and hot 7018
    • 6" 6010 and hot flux core
    • 2" carbon steel TIG
    • 2" stainless steel TIG
    • 2" cooper nickel TIG (only our demands copper nickel welding)
