The requirements for the position are as follows:

Must have a minimum of 3 years  FCAW 3G/4G Structural welding experience in a shipyard. Must successfully demonstrate the ability to pass a hands-on 3G/4G FCAW 3G/4G Structural welding test with the 3G position welded with downhill progression and 4G welded entirely in the overhead position
Must be able to weld ceramic tape and gouge.
