ULGStaffing a subsidiary of NSC has an immediate opening for a Shipyard Administrative Support Specialist in Seattle.
 Pay $22 - $25 / HR DOE
 M-F and some Saturdays 5am start - 8 - 10 hours per day
  • Administrative duties that will be related to smooth daily operations
  • Collecting and entering data
  • Scheduling, time cards, answering phone calls, filing and documentation
 Basic Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of Administrative Support Specialist experience
  • Strong Excel Skills
  • Word Skills
  • PowerPoint Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet preparation and tracking skills
  • Self-Initiative
  • Attention to detail accompanied by good organizational skills
  • Critical thinking skills, persistence, and patience.

Must be able to provide proof of US Citizenship  in order to gain access to yard
