NSC Staffing has IMMEDIATE OPENINGS for Coater/Rewind Operators in Wabash, IN. Employees will assist in loading master rolls of paper to be coated into the coating machine. Tape rolls of paper to a paper core at rewind end of the machine. Controls coater line speed and oven temps to dry product. Visually inspecting paper as it's being coated (check for streaks/wrinkles/and voids). Flag any defects at start and end point. Utilize calipers to test thickness, may need to know simple conversions. This position requires employees to work well within a team and in a medium to fast paced environment. Additional positions open after meeting eligibility for Direct Hire based on work performance and attendance.

Hours: 7AM-3:30PM / 11AM-7:30PM / 3:30PM-Midnight

Schedule: Monday - Friday, some OT on Saturdays.

Pay: $12/hr, subject to pay increase after 30 days.

Requirements: No experience required.

Dress Code/PPE: Closed toed shoes, jeans, t-shirt. Old clothes preferred as the job is dirty.
All other PPE provided by client.
