    Make a difference as a Contract Services Specialist

    Your responsibilities will encompass preparing, analyzing, and processing interconnection requests, operations and maintenance agreements, and telecommunication leases. You will assist in the development of power and transmission agreements, ensuring effective coordination among department personnel while facilitating timely execution and recordation.

    Overseeing existing operations agreements with the Western Area Power Administration or local utilities will be key, as will preparing amendments in collaboration with system operations and the legal department for any contract exhibit amendments for operations, maintenance and ownership responsibility. Additionally, you will monitor the document management system and corporate records to ensure compliance with retention policies. Acting as the primary contact for contract updates, you will also represent the cooperatives on various committees and contribute to special projects and enterprise risk management initiatives, solidifying your role as a crucial team member in our high-performance organization.
