Join NSC as a Delivery Support & Payroll Associate!

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others? NSC is looking for a Delivery Support & Payroll Associate to support our recruiting, onboarding, and payroll operations. Based in Norfolk, you’ll be supporting our Green Bay, WI operations—playing a vital role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do:
Support onboarding, payroll, and compliance for new hires
Process background checks and timecards
Communicate with recruiters, sales reps, HR, and payroll
Assist with job board updates and training coordination
Help troubleshoot onboarding/payroll issues

What We’re Looking For:
1–3 years of experience in HR, onboarding, or payroll
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Customer service mindset
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Bullhorn (preferred)
