Top Responsibilities:
- Uses 5S methods to maintain the cleanliness of the entire facility as well as their assigned work areas, including equipment, tools, and work surfaces.
- Participating in training and continuous improvement efforts (Lean/Six Sigma)
- Repairs and maintains equipment and systems within the Ridgeway facility, including welding, fabrication, and interpreting blueprints and schematics as required.
- 2 years of industrial maintenance experience required, including repair and troubleshooting of high-volume automated production equipment.
