• This person prepares detailed cost estimates for bidding commercial low voltage projects.
• Must have experience creating detailed BOM's (Bill of materials) and working with management to determine labor needs and hardware requirements.
• Support RFP process thru counting of drops, reviewing RFPs and helping to prepare bid documents.
• Assist with takeoffs, counts, walk job sites, call to GC and End Users to confirm information for clarity.
• Interacts with PM, Vendors, and Manufactures to confirm and follow up for Estimators and Divisional lead.
• Attend bid meetings and site surveys
• Review RFPs to understand scope of work to bid

• 5+ years’ experience with AutoCAD or Bluebeam
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• This individual must have a strong estimating or project management background with at least a minimum of 5 years of experience in design, install, inspection, service, or commissioning of commercial low voltage systems.
