Lift Planner
Job Title: Lift Planner
Work Location: Ruther Glen, VA
Pay: $25-$35/hour pending experience.
Support the Rigging Team with lift plan preparation, proposal assistance, and personnel access to sites and permits. The Lift Planner will be responsible for planning and coordinating lift operations, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations, and optimizing lift schedules to support project timelines and objectives.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

Support the Rigging Team with lift plan preparation, proposal assistance, and personnel access to sites and permits. The Lift Planner will be responsible for planning and coordinating lift operations, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations, and optimizing lift schedules to support project timelines and objectives.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Using variables provided by the Rigging Team and site investigation, create, verify, and submit lift plans for crane and rigging operations using 2D/3D/LICCON Lift Planning software and Blue Beam.
- Create CAD drawings for the bidding process and lift plan proposals.
- Create and submit AHAs and MOPs for lift plans.
- Draw crane positioning on site plans.
- Communicate and coordinate with customers regarding project and lift plan information.
- Distribute lift plans and associated documents to appropriate individuals and entities.
