Job Title: NSI Datacenter PM (COLO)
Work Location: Gainesville, VA
Pay: up to $90,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage full lifecycle of datacenter projects (from planning through execution and closure).
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including network engineering, systems administration, vendors, security, and operations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather requirements and define project scope and objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Ensure datacenter builds, migrations, and maintenance activities align with compliance, security, and operational standards.
- Monitor and report on project progress, managing risks and issues proactively.
- Maintain documentation, status reports, and post-project reviews for continuous improvement.
- Drive alignment with NSI strategy, ensuring infrastructure projects support broader IT and business goals.
- Oversee equipment procurement, rack and stack coordination, power/cooling requirements, and physical security integration.
- Ensure minimal disruption to services and systems during project execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in datacenter project management or infrastructure-related project roles.
- Proven experience managing datacenter buildouts, migrations, decommissions, or infrastructure refreshes.
- PMP, ITIL, or similar certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of NSI (Network & Systems Infrastructure) principles, including networking, storage, servers, virtualization, and cloud integration.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Smartsheet).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
