NSC Staffing is looking for an Parts, Shipping and Receiving Specialis for a client located in Green Bay, WI. This position is direct hire.

Primary Objective:     Supports internal and external customers’ expectations by performing manual and administrative duties related to shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing and delivering of a variety of materials, equipment, and supplies in a timely and efficient manner.  This position typically works with minimal supervision.  This position has no direct reports.
Key Job Duties: 

  1. Distributes parts orders for inhouse builds.
  2. Provides incoming parts to in-house jaw assembly bench.
  3. Works with service personnel in entering sales orders and supply parts to customers.
  4. Checks for shortages and defective parts in all locations.
  5. Assists with purchase orders of parts and receives them when they arrive.
  6. Performs shipping and logistic functions for aftermarket and sales projects.  Determines method of shipment, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates.
  7. Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages.
  8. Processes calls from logistics suppliers and customer service centers.
  9. Assists with cycle counting and all inventory audits.
  10. Creates shipping documents for international orders (USMCA, commercial invoice)
  11. Assists with light maintenance tasks as needed. 
  12. Participates in and contributes to company's lean manufacturing journey-5S initiatives
  13. Picks up outside service parts from vendors
  14. Assists in other areas and performs additional tasks as needed.

               Education/Training:        High School Diploma or GED
               Knowledge/Skills:           Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP software preferred
                                                            Strong calculative and analytical skill
                                                          Valid Drivers License/Forklift certified
               Experience and/or Other Requirements:
                                                            1 – 3 years’ experience in comparable work environment preferred                                                         
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Stands for long periods of time
