NSC Skilled Trades is seeking a Robotic Automation Engineer in Warren, OH.

JOB DETAILS:

PAY: $100k - $130k annually 
HOURS: 40-50
DURATION: Direct Hire
SCOPE:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in industrial automation, with a focus on design, integration and installation of robotic material handling and vision systems on existing metal working machines.  Knowledge in process optimization through automation and error proofing are a plus.  

Requirements
Experience with Fanuc and Yaskawa robot programming and integration.
Experience performing digital simulations using Fanuc RoboGuide .
Must be proficient in PLC and HMI programming, troubleshooting, and configuration. Allen-Bradley and Siemens experience preferred.
Experience programming and integration of Keyence, Banner and CEI vision systems to perform part recognition, part position, robot guidance, and quality inspections.
Proficient using AutoCAD and Inventor for mechanical and electrical drawings.

Four-year degree in engineering or a related field is preferred with a minimum of (3) years of experience implementing controls or robotic systems is required.  Non-degreed applicants should have at least (6) years of related experience.
