NSC Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Director of Sales & Marketing for pre engineered steel building erection company.

JOB DETAILS:

PAY: $150-200k salary + benefits 

HOURS: 45+

DURATION: Direct hire

SCOPE:

• Sales/ Marketing 150/200K a year
• 
  Sales:
   
• Drive sales through the growth of existing clients
• Generate new business opportunities
• Attend local construction networking events.
• Implement and lead generation strategy to get construction leads
• Develop new relationships within the commercial construction communities
• Perform all aspects of selling/closing a project
• Complete documents on time, such as customer proposals and construction bids
• Achieve/exceed new sales call targets per month within a specified territory
• Familiarize themselves with architectural specifications and construction design elements
• Generate new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking and client/associate referrals
• Attend trade shows to represent the organization and engage in other marketing activities
• Maintain profit margins
• Solicit project documents and information
• Follow up on all outstanding RFP’s and estimates with clients
• 
  Marketing:
• Schedule/ Capture progress pictures, videos, and drone footage of current projects.
• Create weekly, monthly, yearly marketing plan.
• Come up with creative marketing tactics and implement plan.
• Plan and Manage literature.
• Create and upload social media posts.
• Design/ choice of branded clothing.
•
