Job Title: Travel Low-Voltage Foreman

Location: Nationwide Travel
Extensive travel with per diem and overtime

Job Responsibilities:

• Plenty of overtime - 60+ hours per week!
• Daily per diem for meal and lodging provided
• Lead small crews of 2-8 technicians by providing daily instruction and training, as needed. 
• Installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of various cabling infrastructure.   
• Run low voltage cabling in commercial buildings up to 2,000,000 sq ft, including drilling concrete walls and limited conduit work.   
• Ensuring all cables are neatly tied and bundled according to safety regulations.   
• Install cable support structures such as j-hooks, cable racks, and innerduct.   
• Data Cable Technician with CAT6 cabling, fiber optic, 24v and 70v paging systems experience. 
• Knowledge and experience with CCTV, Security Systems, and Alarm Systems is a plus.   

Basic scope of work includes:

• Travel M-F in West Texas
• Per diem, lodging, drive time, mileage, OT included
• 5+ years’ experience with low voltage/CCTV systems in a commercial environment.
• Ownership of basic telecom tools: Punch down, snips, wire strippers, cordless drill, Hard Hat, Boots, Safety Glasses, etc.
• Familiarity with BICSI, EIA, TIA or NEC Standards.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check and to provide two professional references.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver license.
