NSC Staffing is currently hiring for General Labor Opportunities Indianapolis, IN.  Ideal candidates would have Trim Carpentry and Lift experience.

Position Overview:
We are seeking detail-oriented General Laborers with experience in trim carpentry and operating lifts to assist in the assembly and installation of pre-fabricated museum attractions. While no actual carpentry work is required, this role values the precision and keen eye for detail that trim carpenters bring to this type of project. Candidates will use basic hand tools and may work on lifts as part of the installation process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and install pre-fabricated museum attractions according to specifications.
• Utilize basic hand tools such as drills, sockets, and other assembly tools.
• Ensure precision and attention to detail during the assembly process to maintain high-quality standards.
• Operate lifts safely, as needed, during installation.
• Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and adhere to safety protocols.
• Follow instructions and guidelines provided by supervisors and team leads.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in trim carpentry or similar roles that require attention to detail.
• Familiarity with operating lifts is preferred but not mandatory.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools for assembly tasks.
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and install components as required.
• Reliable and punctual with a focus on teamwork and safety.

Schedule and Pay:

• Project-based position lasting approximately 4 weeks.
• Competitive pay based on experience ($25-$35/hour).
