Hourly rate - $19-22/hr + overtime eligible + quarterly profit share.

Qualifications
- Degree in a related field (e.g., quality management, engineering, manufacturing) or equivalent
- work experience.
- Previous experience in quality control, quality assurance, or related roles within a manufacturing
- environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and equipment (e.g., calipers, gauges, CMM).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends or patterns.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate and
- communicate across different levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in quality control activities.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and product specifications.
- Certification in quality management or quality control a plus.
