NSC Skilled Trades is seeking experienced 2nd Shift Production Manager in Honey Brook, PA. 

Pay: $30-$36 plus 10% depending on experience 
Hours: Mon-Fri: 4pm-2am ( overtime available)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Contract to Hire

Scope: 

• Safe work practices, training and support.

• Zero defect environment with rapid NCR resolution, root cause analysis and corrective actions.

• Schedule performance from kick-off through shipment.

• Non-charge and actual to processed hours performance.

• Development and succession planning for all direct reports.

• Skills matrix and qualifications for all direct reports.

• Conformance to engineering specifications and standards.

• Workplace organization and compliance.

• Facilities, tools and equipment reliability.

• Continuous improvement within assigned areas.

• Administrative functions for all direct reports.
