He holds a BA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

Throughout his career, Mike has established a proven track record of implementing effective strategies, plans, and procedures that align with the core values of safety, honesty, customer responsiveness, and quality. His leadership reflects a steady commitment to operational excellence and to the clients and field associates NSC serves.

As Chief Executive Officer of NSC Staffing, Mike leverages his extensive experience to set the strategic direction of the organization, drive sustainable growth, and ensure the company continues to deliver workforce solutions grounded in its core values.

Brad Turner, CFO

Brad Turner brings over 25 years of leadership in finance and operations, built within the staffing, workforce solutions, and professional services industries. He holds a degree from the University of Alabama and has deep experience across IT, engineering, technical services, and skilled trades staffing.

Earlier in his career, Brad served as CFO at one of the world's largest staffing and human capital management firms, where he led financial operations for multi-billion-dollar global business units and played a key role in global expansion and strategic initiatives that shaped the company's international presence. He has also advised a wide range of organizations on financial strategy, operational improvement, and long term growth through periods of scale and transformation.

As Chief Financial Officer at NSC Staffing, Brad leads the company's financial strategy and performance, with a focus on driving scalable growth, operational efficiency, and long term value creation across skilled trades and technical staffing. He values the culture, the people, and the industry, and takes pride in being part of an organization that provides jobs and opportunities to people.

Outside of work, Brad is married with four kids ranging in age from 12 to 22, three boys and a daughter who keeps the whole family in check. When he is not working, there is a good chance he is on the road for a lacrosse tournament, out fishing, or knee deep in an overly complicated DIY project, a lasting passion from growing up in the construction world. A proud Alabama football fan, he is quick to add: Roll Tide.

Almin Kassamali is the Chief Marketing Officer of NSC Staffing, bringing more than 20 years of experience creating and scaling businesses across marketing, technology, healthcare, and media. As a fractional leader, he has built a career partnering with high-potential organizations and entrepreneurs, helping them scale through marketing strategy, technology, and sustainable revenue growth.

Throughout his career, Almin has founded, acquired, and grown multiple successful companies, developing deep expertise in marketing leadership, sales, and strategic management. He leverages his background in marketing and technology to position organizations as trusted advisors to their clients, educate them on emerging industry trends, and drive measurable revenue and profit growth. He is an award-winning professional, a five-time Top 40 Under 40 nominee, and a recipient of the Business in Calgary Leaders Award in 2022.

As Chief Marketing Officer at NSC Staffing, Almin leads the company's marketing strategy, applying his expertise in marketing and technology to strengthen NSC's market presence, support business growth, and position the organization as a trusted partner in the staffing industry.

Marty Gallenstein, SVP

Senior Vice President, Risk Management & Human Resources

Marty Gallenstein is a seasoned executive with 25 years of human resources and operational leadership experience, primarily within entrepreneurial, growth oriented organizations. Over the course of his career, he has built and established the HR function for two growing companies and served as a consultant to organizations seeking executive leadership and expertise to guide their human capital functions. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of South Florida.

Throughout his career, Marty has developed broad expertise across the disciplines that protect and strengthen an organization, including human resources, risk management, safety, legal affairs, and contracts. His leadership has helped growing companies build the infrastructure and capabilities needed to scale with confidence.

As Senior Vice President of Risk Management and Human Resources at NSC Staffing, Marty is responsible for human resources, risk management, safety, legal affairs, real estate, and contracts. He brings a creative, problem solving approach to growing the organization while creating tremendous opportunities for team members to develop their skills and capabilities. He values the entrepreneurial spirit that encourages new approaches to building the business.

Outside of work, Marty is married to Kamil and is the proud father of two sons, Andrew and Daniel. He loves to travel, especially on cruises, and enjoys the beach, warm tropical locations, and everything that comes with life near the water.

Lisa Rodriguez is a seasoned staffing industry leader with more than 20 years of experience building teams and delivering workforce solutions. Since joining NSC in 2009, she has developed deep expertise across recruiting and workforce development, earning increasing responsibility for the people and operations behind the company's success. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing.

Throughout her career, Lisa has led recruiting and workforce development efforts, built strong teams, and helped connect skilled talent with the organizations that need them. Her leadership reflects a steady commitment to operational excellence and to the people she serves.

As Senior Vice President at NSC Staffing, Lisa oversees the Workforce Development and Recruiting Center in Salinas, Puerto Rico, where she leads recruiting operations and workforce development initiatives that deliver high quality talent to clients and meaningful opportunities to the local workforce.

Tano Failla is a seasoned leader whose career reflects more than two decades of growth, operational excellence, and dedication to the people he serves. His journey began in the United States Marine Corps, where he served as a Corporal in Security Forces and Infantry. After the Marines, he transitioned into the communications industry with MasTec, starting as a temporary employee and working his way up to Program Manager, where he oversaw operations for the company's largest account for more than four years.

From there, Tano entered the staffing world with MISource, which later became part of Anistar Technologies. Over the past 20 plus years, he has grown from Account Manager to Regional Manager and now Vice President of I&D, building deep expertise across operations, account management, and team leadership along the way.

As Vice President at NSC Staffing, Tano is responsible for everything from the people to the numbers and everything in between. He is recognized for his hands on leadership and his commitment to the growth and success of his team. For Tano, the people are the best part of the job, and watching everyone around him grow and succeed has made the journey truly rewarding.

Outside of work, Tano has been married to his wife, Kelly, for 22 years. Together they have two children, Eli, a senior at NC State, and Evan, a senior in high school. When he is not working, he enjoys playing tennis and golf.

Greg Hullinger is a seasoned staffing industry leader who has spent more than a decade building high performing teams and delivering skilled trades workforce solutions. Since joining NSC in 2013, he has developed deep expertise across sales, recruiting, and operations, earning increasing responsibility for the growth and performance of the Skilled Trades division. He holds a BBA from Kent State University.

Throughout his tenure, Greg has led sales teams directly, mentored new team members, and built strong client partnerships rooted in industry best service and support. His leadership spans the full scope of division operations, from recruiting performance and administrative oversight to client relationships and long term planning.

As Vice President of Skilled Trades at NSC Staffing, Greg is responsible for every aspect of the division. He manages the sales team, oversees fulfillment and administrative support, and ensures clients receive high quality manpower for their teams and projects. His responsibilities also include training new sales talent, leading client meetings, managing the division P&L, planning annual budgets, hiring, and forecasting future growth. He is recognized for his ability to keep morale high in a fast paced industry while driving an incredible growth trajectory for the division.

Outside of work, Greg enjoys golfing, listening to music, watching and attending sporting events of nearly every kind, and spending time with his teenage son.

Marc Gadbois is a maritime industry leader with more than 20 years of experience spanning the full breadth of the sector, including nearly a decade working on superyachts around the world and over a decade leading staffing programs across North America. He has built and scaled divisions, developed strong client partnerships, and delivered skilled labor solutions for shipyards and defense contractors throughout his career.

Throughout his career, Marc has built a proven track record in workforce development, national account management, and aligning staffing strategies with operational goals. His lifelong passion for the maritime industry, combined with hands on experience leading large scale workforce programs, gives him a deep understanding of the people and demands behind every project.

As Vice President of Marine at NSC Staffing, Marc leads the Marine Division nationally, overseeing operations, sales, workforce strategy, and client relationships across shipyards, ports, OEMs, and defense contractors. He drives growth through strategic partnerships, workforce development, and operational efficiency while ensuring safety, compliance, and service quality. He is energized by a team that understands the business and brings passion and drive to everything they do, and he values the strong relationships he continues to build with clients and colleagues across the country.

Born and raised in Massachusetts, Marc is a proud father of two who enjoys spending time with his family on the water, traveling, and coaching youth football. When asked where he would live if he could live anywhere in the world, his answer is simple: right where he is, in Swansea, Massachusetts.

Since entering the staffing industry in 2016, Ryan has held positions of increasing responsibility, developing expertise in construction, manufacturing, light industrial, skilled trades, and professional staffing.

Throughout his career, Ryan has led recruiting and sales teams, expanded market presence, and built strong client partnerships across multiple regions. His leadership has been instrumental in driving operational excellence, business development, and sustainable growth while helping organizations meet critical workforce demands.

As National Sales Director, Light Industrial and Emerging Markets at NSC Staffing, Ryan is responsible for leading national growth initiatives, expanding market reach, developing sales and recruiting talent, strengthening client relationships, and delivering workforce solutions that help organizations scale efficiently. He is recognized for his hands on leadership style, commitment to customer service, and ability to align people, process, and strategy to achieve results.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, attending sporting events, coaching football, boating, and making memories with family and friends.

Michael Pio is a seasoned recruiting leader with two decades of experience building teams and shaping talent strategy in the staffing industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Nutrition, and joined the organization in May 2005 with no prior staffing experience. Leveraging the skills from his education and earlier roles, he quickly became the company's top recruiter, earned its first-ever Recruiting Manager position, and advanced through a Director role to his current role as Vice President.

Throughout his career, Michael has built a reputation for developing high performing teams and aligning recruiting strategy with broader business goals. His leadership reflects a people-first approach focused on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.

As Vice President of National Recruiting at NSC Staffing, Michael leads the strategic direction, growth, and overall success of the NSC Recruiting Managers and their teams. His responsibilities include driving the expansion and scalability of recruiting operations, developing long-term recruitment strategies aligned with market trends, mentoring recruiting managers, managing team performance against key metrics, and collaborating cross-functionally with executive leadership, operations, and HR. His focus is on building a forward-thinking, people-first recruiting function that drives business success.
