Brad Turner is an experienced finance executive with deep expertise in financial strategy, operations, and scalable growth. With over 25 years of leadership in staffing, workforce solutions, and professional services, he has extensive industry experience across IT, engineering, technical services, and skilled trades staffing.
At NSC Staffing, Brad leads the company’s financial strategy and performance, focusing on driving scalable growth, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation across skilled trades and technical staffing. Earlier in his career, he led financial operations for multi-billion-dollar global business units and played a key role in global expansion and strategic initiatives.

Director of Light Industrial
Ryan Barkdoll is an experienced leader in construction and industrial staffing, bringing nearly a decade of expertise in workforce solutions to his role as Director of Light Industrial at NSC Staffing. Since joining the organization in July, Ryan has taken on a broad leadership role overseeing growth strategy, sales performance, operational excellence, and service expansion within the light industrial sector.
In his role, Ryan is responsible for driving business development, leading high-performing sales teams, managing operational execution, and ensuring financial goals are met. He also plays a key role in identifying new markets, expanding client relationships, and delivering innovative staffing services that support client success.
Ryan’s background includes leadership positions across professional, IT, construction, and industrial sectors. Most recently, he served as Director of Midwest Operations, where he led recruiting and sales functions, built long-term client partnerships, and supported regional growth initiatives across multiple industries.
Passionate about teamwork and results, Ryan is drawn to NSC’s nationwide impact paired with its personal, hands-on approach. He values the company’s focus on safety, quality, and responsiveness, and is energized by the opportunity to connect skilled talent with meaningful opportunities.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys life with his wife and two children—a 15-year-old daughter and a 10-year-old son. He’s actively involved in youth sports, often coaching football, and loves boating, live music, and spending time with friends and family near the water.
Vice President, Marine
Marc Gadbois is an accomplished maritime industry leader with over 20 years of experience, including a decade spent managing large-scale workforce programs across North America. As Vice President of Marine at NSC Staffing, Marc leads the company’s national marine division—overseeing operations, sales, workforce strategy, and client relationships across shipyards, ports, OEMs, and defense contractors.
Since joining NSC in April 2025, Marc has focused on driving growth through strategic partnerships, workforce development, and operational efficiency. His leadership is rooted in a commitment to safety, compliance, and delivering high-quality skilled labor solutions tailored to the needs of complex marine environments.
Marc’s career began on the water—spending nearly ten years working on superyachts around the globe. He brings a unique blend of hands-on maritime experience and executive leadership, with a proven ability to scale operations, build client trust, and align staffing strategies with long-term business goals.
Born and raised in Massachusetts, Marc is a proud father of two and resides in Swansea. He enjoys spending time on the water, traveling with family, and coaching youth football. He is passionate about the maritime industry and values the dedication and drive his team brings to every project.
Senior Vice President – Risk Management & Human Resources
Marty Gallenstein is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in human resources and operational leadership, primarily within entrepreneurial and growth-oriented organizations. Throughout his career, he has built and led HR functions from the ground up and served as a trusted consultant to companies seeking executive-level guidance in human capital strategy.
As Senior Vice President of Risk Management & Human Resources at NSC Staffing, Marty oversees critical organizational functions including human resources, risk management, safety, legal affairs, real estate, and contracts. His leadership reflects a deep commitment to fostering a safe, compliant, and people-focused workplace culture.
Since joining NSC in 2022, Marty has embraced the company’s entrepreneurial spirit, leveraging creative strategies to drive organizational growth and develop team capabilities. His strategic approach supports NSC’s mission of delivering exceptional staffing solutions across Marine, Light Industrial, Skilled Trades, Infrastructure & Defense, Technical, and Professional industries.
Marty holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of South Florida. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling—especially cruises—and spending time at the beach or in warm tropical destinations. He lives with his husband Kamil and their two children, Andrew and Daniel.
