Our Commitment to Safety

Safety is a condition of the work, not an add-on to it. Every assignment NSC fills is screened for site conditions, documentation, and protective equipment before an associate arrives, and the same standard applies whether the placement is one specialist or a full project crew.

Before the Assignment

Site conditions, required certifications, and protective equipment are confirmed as part of onboarding, not after day one.

During the Assignment

Associates have a named contact at their branch for any safety question or concern, for the length of the assignment.

Across the Program

NSC Safe applies the same standard across all six verticals and every market we serve.

For Employers

Our safety team works alongside yours. We assess the site, identify risk, and give you practical steps to close the gaps, so your crews stay productive and your schedule holds.

  • On-site assessments: we walk the site, identify hazards, and document what needs to change
  • Safety walks and consultations: hands-on support putting best practices into daily operation
  • Regulatory alignment: practices matched to the standards your industry is held to

Our dedication to safety goes beyond compliance. Reducing incidents protects your people first, and it protects your schedule and your insurance position at the same time.

For Associates

You should never have to choose between doing the job and doing it safely. If something on your site is not right, NSC wants to hear it, and we will act on it.

  • Continuous communication: from day one on the assignment, your branch is available for any question or concern
  • We follow through: we work with the client to get changes implemented, not just logged
  • Two decades of experience: we have staffed skilled tradespeople and traveling craftspeople across a wide range of job environments, and we know what each one demands

Report a Safety Concern

You do not need to wait for an incident. Near misses, missing equipment, unsafe access, and unclear procedures are all worth reporting. Nothing about raising a concern puts your assignment at risk.

1. Stop if it is not safe

If the condition is immediately dangerous, stop work and tell your site supervisor before anything else.

2. Call your branch

Your local branch can act on it the same day. Find your branch.

3. Or reach us nationally

Call 1 (866) 672-2677, or use the form on this page and we will route it.
